Ms. Hough is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership and management. She has broad-based technical and management expertise across a wide range of market areas including healthcare, legal, education, environmental, energy, and facility management in support of government, state, institutional, and commercial customer requirements. Prior to Lindahl Reed, she worked for nationally recognized law firms, was a member of the executive leadership team for a 4,000-plus employee healthcare organization, and was a small business owner. Ms. Hough holds a B.A., with majors in Biology and Literature, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now known as UC Law San Francisco).

Brent brings over 30 years of leadership in federal contracting, business operations, and facilities management. Previously, he served as President of two North Wind Group subsidiaries, holding leadership roles in regional operations, joint ventures, and ESG initiatives.
Brent’s career includes executive roles at PRC, SN3, and URS Corporation, where he led federal contracts and IT operations across 80+ DOE sites. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

Lindahl Reed Senior Vice President of Growth
Mr. Naugle has over 28 years of leadership experience in federal business development, operations, and program management. He specializes in securing and managing multimillion-dollar federal contracts, particularly with DOE, DOD, DHS, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
His expertise lies in strategic planning and growth, team leadership, and organizing business partnerships to pursue federal opportunities. He has held senior roles at North Wind Group, CSRA, SRA International, and AECOM, where he successfully captured and executed major government projects.
Mr. Naugle holds an MBA from Waynesburg College and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His collaborative leadership style and strategic mindset have made him a trusted partner in delivering results across a wide range of federal clients.
