CCPA Employee Privacy Notice

LRTS Solutions, LLC (“LRTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information. This CCPA Employee Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) is adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”).

This Notice applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California and who are job applicants, employees, or contractors of LRTS, as defined under the CCPA (“Consumers” or “you”). This Notice describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and your rights under California law.

Full name, alias, postal address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, driver’s license or passport number.

B. Customer Records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
Signature, employment history, bank account details, medical or health insurance information.

C. Protected Classification Characteristics
Age, race, gender, disability status, veteran status, marital status, or other characteristics protected under California or federal law.

F. Internet or Network Activity
Browsing history, search history, interactions with our websites or applications.

G. Geolocation Data
Physical location as derived from company systems, applications, or devices.

I. Employment-Related Information
Job title, evaluations, compensation details, disciplinary records, benefits elections.

K. Inferences Drawn
Inferred characteristics or behaviors used to improve HR services or analytics.

We do not collect or retain biometric data, education records as defined by FERPA, or sensory data outside of recorded interviews or virtual meetings.

Sources of Personal Information

LRTS may collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, such as during the application, onboarding, or employment process.
  • Indirectly from you, such as usage data collected through our systems and websites.
  • Third parties, including:
    • Recruiters or staffing agencies
    • Consumer reporting agencies for background checks
    • Benefits and payroll providers

Purposes of Use

We may use or disclose your personal information for the following business purposes:

  • Processing employment applications and onboarding
  • Managing payroll, benefits, taxes, and insurance
  • Administering performance evaluations and promotions
  • Complying with legal obligations, including labor and employment laws
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Disclosures to Third Parties

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of third parties for business purposes:

  • Service providers, including IT, payroll, HR software, and legal advisors
  • Government agencies, as required by law
  • Consumer reporting agencies, for background and reference checks
  • Third parties at your direction, such as benefits administrators or retirement plan providers

In the past twelve (12) months, LRTS may have disclosed the following categories of information for business purposes:
A, B, C, F, G, I, K (as listed in Section 1 above).

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Your Rights Under the CCPA

As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions under applicable law.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
